Runway damaged in Sydney after the takeoff of an A380

Sydney (Australia) - Airbus A380-800 registration VH-OQH, the Australian airline Qantas, performing flight QF-11 from Sydney (Australia) to Los Angeles (California / USA), had just taken off the track 34L when the crew of an aircraft on the taxiway reported to the control tower, the presence of a foreign object on the Runway.

The crew of another aircraft on the taxiway was also reported that a sign had been ripped off taxiway after the passage of the A380. Following this, a plane was on approach to runway 34L has had to go-around. The track was then closed forcing other loans off to return to the car park to be directed to other tracks aircraft.
